Coach planner: planning your sessions, week and season
A coach planner isn't just a diary. It's how you decide what to run, when, and where — then turn that plan into sessions people can actually book.

Plan in three layers
- Season or term — what blocks, courses or camps are coming up.
- Week — your regular recurring sessions and venues.
- Day — the specific slots, capacities and prices.
Use recurring sessions
Most coaching runs on a pattern: Tuesday 6pm group, Saturday morning 1-to-1s. Set those once as repeating sessions, then edit individual dates when a holiday or venue change comes up. It saves rebuilding the week every Sunday.
Match location to day
Plenty of coaches work at a gym on weekdays and a park at weekends, or rotate between schools. Your planner should let each session carry its own location, with a map pin so clients know exactly where to go.
Turn the plan into bookings
A plan only earns money once it's bookable. In Sasoi Coaching, whatever you put in your weekly or monthly calendar appears on your public booking page, with live spaces left, so your planner and your booking system are the same thing.
