Sasoi Coaching is a sole trader business based in the United Kingdom, trading as Sasoi Coaching ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you are entering into an agreement with Max Bicknell. Contact: hello@sasoi-coaching.com.

By creating an account, publishing a booking page, or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. You confirm you are at least 18 and, if you are signing up for an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.

Sasoi Coaching lets sports coaches set up locations, session types, capacity, age ranges and prices, and publish a shareable booking page where clients can reserve group or 1-to-1 slots. Coaches are solely responsible for delivering their sessions, for their own insurance, qualifications, safeguarding and legal compliance, and for the accuracy of the information on their page. We are not a party to the contract between a coach and their client.

Clients pay coaches directly for sessions. We charge coaches a platform fee of 1% of the value of bookings taken through their Sasoi Coaching page. Fees are payable through our checkout when your outstanding balance reaches the minimum charge amount shown in your dashboard, or through optional automatic weekly collection if you opt in. Automatic collection runs once a week and charges only for sessions that have already finished, when the collected balance is at least £5. Prices are shown inclusive of any applicable taxes at checkout.

Platform fees are sold by Sasoi Coaching, the seller of record, and are processed securely by our payment provider. Applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout. We handle all billing enquiries, cancellations and refunds directly — see our Refund Policy. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and access continues until then; upgrades take effect immediately and are charged on a prorated basis.

You must not:

• use the service unlawfully or for fraudulent, misleading or spam purposes;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• upload malware, probe, scan, scrape or otherwise interfere with the security of the service;
• resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or circumvent technical limits of the service;
• publish sessions you are not qualified, insured or permitted to run.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and for keeping your account information accurate.

You keep ownership of the content you add (business name, session descriptions, locations, images). You grant us a limited licence to host, reproduce and display that content solely to operate your booking page and provide the service.

We retain all rights in the Sasoi Coaching software, design, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own coaching business.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your sessions, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment of platform fees, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may close your account at any time. On termination your booking page stops being served; you can request an export of your booking data within 30 days, after which data is deleted in line with our Privacy Notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign ours in connection with a merger or sale of the business. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond their reasonable control. We may update these terms and will post the revised version here with a new date.
