Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Sasoi Coaching platform fees. If you are not satisfied with the service, you can request a full refund of a platform fee payment within 30 days of the order date.

Refunds are issued by Sasoi Coaching through our payment provider. To request one, email us at hello@sasoi-coaching.com and we will arrange it for you. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Payments your clients make for coaching sessions are made directly to the coach and are not processed by Sasoi Coaching. Each coach sets their own cancellation policy on their booking page, which may offer a full refund with a set notice period or require direct contact for cancellations and rescheduling. Refunds, cancellations and rescheduling for a coaching session are handled by the coach who runs that session under their chosen terms. Please contact your coach directly. This policy covers the 1% platform fee that coaches pay to Sasoi Coaching.

You can stop using Sasoi Coaching at any time. Where a recurring charge applies, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.
