Booked a session with a coach?
Payments for coaching sessions are made directly to the coach, so changes, cancellations and refunds for a session are handled by them. Contact your coach using the details on their booking page. If you cannot reach them, message us above and we will help you get in touch.
Billing and refunds
Platform fee payments are sold by Sasoi Coaching and processed by our payment provider. For invoices, receipts or refunds, email us or read our Refund Policy.
Privacy requests
