Small groups, strict capacity
Water safety means small group sizes. Set a hard capacity per lesson and the page will show 'Full' once it's reached.
Age and ability in the session name
Name sessions clearly — 'Beginners 5–7' or 'Stage 3' — and add an age range so parents pick the right one.
Term blocks
Many swim schools sell lessons by the term. Course-style sessions let parents book and pay for all dates at once.
Pool time is expensive
When you're paying for pool hire, empty spaces hurt. Showing live spaces left on one shareable link helps fill them. Sasoi Coaching does this with no monthly fee.
